At Mamlakat al Oud, our primary objective is to ensure the utmost satisfaction for all our customers. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return the items to us within 7 days from the date of receipt. It is important to note that our policy specifically part to custom perfumes. Upon the completion of the refund process, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 15 working days, with any applicable delivery charges duly deducted. 

Through our experience, we identified that a significant number of returns are with incorrect choices. To mitigate this issue, our committed team is readily available to guide you in selecting the appropriate ones that suit your requirements. It is your responsibility for safety and upkeep of the items until they reach us back. For security, we recommend insuring your package for its full value and retaining all pertinent delivery documentation. When initiating a return process, please ensure to include your order number and the invoice within your package for efficient processing.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

Order Cancellation

If the order has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel please get in with us at info@mamlakat.ae earliest for a refund. On the other hand, if your order has already been and shipped, the refund involve returning the items. After confirmation, a refund will be issued with any shipping charges if applicable.

Exclusions

Please note that discounted items and items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. During promotional periods, shipping costs may not be refunded unless a faulty item is sent. If you request a refund due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, please be aware that shipping charges will not be refunded.
